Realistic numbers, before you decide
A well-located, well-renovated home can earn rental income for the weeks you do not use it. How much depends on the area, the season, the home and the market, so we never promise returns.
What we do instead: before you buy, we prepare an honest estimate based on similar homes in the same area, with occupancy, costs and taxes, so you can choose the right property with your eyes open.
Rental income in Italy is taxed, also for owners who live abroad, and holiday rentals need a national identification code and guest registrations. Our accountant explains the options for your case and takes care of the filings.
