Who we share it with
We never sell or give away your data. We share it only with the people your purchase requires and only once you hire us (notaries, lawyers, accountants, surveyors, real estate agencies, interpreters), and with the providers we need to operate (website hosting, email), bound by a contract (Art. 28 GDPR).
If you live outside the European Union
Many of our clients live outside the EU (for example in the United States). Your data is still protected by the GDPR. When we write to you, data travels to your country because you are the recipient; if one of our providers processes data outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive your data, restrict its use and object to processing (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Write to [email protected]: we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
Security
The website uses encrypted connections only (HTTPS). Data is stored with access limited to the people who need it.
Changes
If anything changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
